At Rabisha, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can request a return, refund, or exchange within 3 days of delivery.
Perfumes must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Opened products, testers, or samples cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after we receive the product.
Shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges for other fragrances are allowed; price differences may apply.
Report within 24 hours with photos/videos proofs.
Valid claims will be resolved with a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
