• Perfumes must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Opened products, testers, or samples cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.

• We’ll provide instructions for returning the product via courier.

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3–7 business days after we receive the product.
• Shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
• Exchanges for other fragrances are allowed; price differences may apply.

• Report within 24 hours with photos/videos proofs.
• Valid claims will be resolved with a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
